You’ll partner with IT and business leaders to uncover insights, solve problems, and support smarter choices every day. You will make an impact from day one-apply now and help turn data into decisions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy business intelligence reports, self-service tools, and dashboards using front-end visualization platforms such as Tableau, SSRS, and Crystal Reports\nTest and validate report data, ensuring accuracy and reliability while conveying the key insights or “story” in clear, visual formats that are grouped, summarized, and actionable\nWork with large datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to quickly inform and support critical business decisions\nProvide ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports and BI solutions to maintain performance and relevance\nEnsure alignment of business unit processes with enterprise-wide data practices and standards\nDevelop and maintain documentation to support reporting infrastructure and knowledge sharing\nProactively drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance reporting tools, processes, and operations\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones\nQualifications\nWhat You Bring\nExperience That Drives Success\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in IT and Business Intelligence, with a track record of creating advanced reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Tibco, SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL, and MS SQL Server is a plus\nFamiliarity with ERP database schemas and departmental processes; Epicor knowledge is a plus\nExperience working in manufacturing is a plus\nPrior experience in Business Intelligence development, planning, design, configuration, coding, and troubleshooting of BI tools is a plus\nKey Strengths & Skills\nActs with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly\nCollaboration skills to partner effectively across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other business units\nProactive time management with the ability to handle multiple projects across the product development cycle\nA bias for action and the ability to operate with urgency when needed\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with large datasets and forecasting tools\nStrong SQL development skills, including complex queries and SSRS report design\nAbility to drive operational improvements and enhance efficiency through actionable insights\nTechnical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheet applications, and SQL analysis tools\nOur Culture\nWe build strong relationships-with teammates, partners, and customers\nWe take pride in knowing every product we build serves the purpose of protecting lives\nWe listen actively, coach frequently, and own our results\nWe foster innovation, value curiosity, and believe that experimentation is part of growth\nWe create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone belongs\nWe take ownership of our work-quality and safety are at the core of what we do\nBenefits That Matter\nEmployee Ownership Program - You’re not just an employee-you’re an owner.
