This role performstests and inspects products, processes, and procedures at various stages of production process to compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nSupport in-process inspection of all products.\nAccurately record test data, using Epicor, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs.\nCommunicate and coordinate findings with Quality Management and Quality Engineering. \nUnderstand customer expectations of and needs from all product.\nPrepare data for further analysis, as needed. \nAttend Meetings on the factory floor.\nSecondary Responsibilities\nAssociate degree in technical field, plus two years of related experience in Quality Control, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.\nProven and successful track record working in a similar role, highly desired.\nISO 9001 or other standards experience (ex. IATF 16949, ISO 17025, VDA) highly desired.\nExperience in Fire, Automotive or Aerospace industry, a plus.\nQualitycertification, such as from ASQ, advantageous.\nRequired Skills/Abilities\nAbility to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nAbility to excel in ambiguous circumstances or situations.\nAbility to effectively communicate with multi-functional partners over a wide range of subject areas.\nKnowledge of manufacturing environment. \nPeople skills, ability to motivate, engage and coach all levels of employees.\nQualifications\nWork Environment/Physical Demands/Travel\nThis job operates in a warehouse/manufacturing setting where hand tools and parts are used to assemble products, such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters, power tools, screws, automatic tape dispensers.\nThis position must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Quality Control\nKnowledge and experience in manufacturing\nProven and successful track record working in a similar role.\nPCB troubleshooting experience.\nISO 9001 or other standards experience (ex. IATF 16949, ISO 17025, VDA).\nExperience in Fire, Automotive or Aerospace industry.\nAssociate degree in technical field.\nThis is a full-time position, on-site at the manufacturing facility. The weekly hours worked are 40 hours per week.
