successful candidate will support daily IT operations, assist with user onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work closely with the Senior IT team to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-User Support\nProvide Level 1/2/3 IT support for hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.\n\nTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, Teams, and application-related issues.\nResolve user incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.\nEscalate complex issues to senior team members when required.\nAssist users with remote support and troubleshooting.\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAssist in administering Microsoft 365 services, including:\nExchange Online\nMicrosoft Teams\nSharePoint Online\nOneDrive\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\nMicrosoft Intune (basic administration)\nResponsibilities include:\nUser account creation and management\nPassword resets\nLicense assignment\nDistribution groups\nShared mailboxes\nBasic permission management\n\nUser Onboarding & Offboarding\nCreate and configure user accounts.\nProvision laptops and workstations.\nConfigure Microsoft 365 accounts.\nInstall required applications.\nPrepare new employee devices.\nDisable accounts and recover company assets during offboarding.\nMaintain onboarding and offboarding documentation.\nDevice & Endpoint Management\nConfigure desktops and laptops.\nInstall and update operating systems and applications.\nAssist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment.\nMonitor device compliance.\nPerform routine system maintenance and patching.\nMaintain hardware inventory.\nIT Operations\nMonitor IT systems and respond to alerts.\nPerform routine health checks on infrastructure.\nAssist with backups and recovery procedures.\nSupport software deployments and upgrades.\nMaintain IT asset records and documentation.\nFollow IT security policies and operational procedures.\nNetworking Support\nAssist with basic networking tasks.\nTroubleshoot connectivity issues.\nSupport VPN configuration and remote access.\nAssist with Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and printer configuration.\nDocumentation\nUpdate IT documentation and knowledge base articles.\nDocument recurring issues and resolutions.\nMaintain asset registers and support records.\nContinuous Learning\nLearn Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud technologies.\nParticipate in internal training and certification programs.\nStay updated with new technologies and IT best practices.\nSupport automation and process improvement initiatives where applicable.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.\n\nGood understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nBasic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).\nBasic understanding of Active Directory.\nExperience with laptop and desktop troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nVirtual Machines Troubleshooting\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMicrosoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900) are an advantage.\nExposure to Microsoft Intune or Azure is desirable.\nExperience with ticketing systems such as ManageEngine, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow is preferred.\nRole Expectations\nThe Junior IT Administrator will:\nDeliver timely and professional IT support to employees.\nTake ownership of assigned support requests until
