The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.\nAnalyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions.\nDrive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.\nOversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.\nDefine and monitor operational KPIs.\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.\nIdentify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.\nSupport the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.\nCoordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.\nPartner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.\nMonitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.\nExperience in structured international environments.\nExperience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.\nExperience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.\nFamiliarity with automation technologies and tools.\nCyber Security\nKnowledge of Vulnerability Management processes.\nUnderstanding of Patch Management and Security Monitoring.\nFamiliarity with cyber risk management and operational resilience principles.\nArtificial Intelligence\nExperience using AI and Generative AI tools in a professional environment.\nAbility to identify practical AI use cases within Infrastructure Operations.\nUnderstanding of opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption.\nPersonal Competencies\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nStrong analytical and data-driven approach.\nStructured problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with objectives and priorities.\nCollaborative attitude and cross-functional mindset.\nInterest in innovation, automation, and AI.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tessile Industria\nCategory: Employee\nIndicative starting compensation: €50,000\nAnnual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement\nBenefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, employees are eligible for further benefits and initiatives in accordance with Company policies, including smart working arrangements, meal vouchers, and private health insurance.\nThe Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
