scheduling and budgeting\nContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments\n\nEstablish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones\n\nFollow activities and spending of his/her scope to meet his/her allowed budget and timing\n\nManagement of the contributors\nDaily management of his/her group\n\nAssign to them the needed work
