Ensure the organization and scheduling of training actions.\n\nAnalyze flexibility and multi skills needs of his/her logistic area, and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.\n\nAnticipate specific training/ habilitation and team sizing with MPS/SIOP figures.\n\nMonitor certification process for each operator and update in real time flexibility grid.\n\nManage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, communication & performance boards update.\n\nEnsure respect of standard stops (breaks, meetings) by checking systematically on the Gemba, and validate operators working time.\n\nEnsure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.\n\nFollow up main objectives in monthly meetings with all people under his/her responsibility.\n\nIs responsible for personnel involvement and ensures a positive social climate.\n\nConduct operators’ annual appraisals, as well as salary review and career interviews.\n\nMaintain standards:\nPerform weekly Safety Briefing and Flash Audit. Monitor the Logistics Safety action plan implementation with the CIM Sup/ Mgr.\n\nMake applied safety rules and perform OJT on Gemba.\n\nEnsure respect of traffic rules with a focus on pedestrians where forklifts are operating.\n\nEnsure existence of updated working instructions for every station.\n\nEnsure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect of the product, OK start ...) during the operations and propose/ implement improvements.\n\nDefine work standards with the help of support functions and logistics operators.\n\nEnsure TPM standards are properly deployed and used for handling equipment (malfunctions detection formalized on red tags), systematic inspection & regular cleaning of equipment by team, 1st levels of preventive maintenance, maintenance line QRQCs. Ensure logistics equipments are in good shape.\n\nEnsure that all displays of his/her perimeter (QCDM & communication areas) are updated at end of shift, and make sure that workers have necessary material to do so.\n\nManage Logistics Operations\nPropose every week logistics headcounts & organization to the SC Manager, according to MPS data.\n\nWork with APU support departments to sort out identified problems in the logistics or production areas (line feeding) including external warehouses.\n\nEscalate the site Supply Chain manager of any problem likely to have a significant impact on the logistics activities.\n\nEnsure material flow from receiving to production (line feeding) and to shipping, truck time table respect schedule.\n\nEnsure logistics operations, respecting SQCDM.\n\nIn case a detected problem cannot be solved by his team, assign and check containment and corrective actions with support functions and / or management.\n\nReview daily all QRAP of his/her perimeter.\n\nMonitor shift QCDM and ensure QCDM boards are updated.\n\nMake reports defined by site.\n\nManage Continuous Improvement\nLead action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets), in coherence with APU & Plant, including productivity plans (P-30).\n\nIdentify productivity actions and propose layout optimisations to the CIM team.\n\nParticipate in safety and environment risks reduction & lead line Safety QRQC for category 7 safety issues.\n\nContribute to new equipment and processes start up (automation, AGV…).\n\nLead Zoning evolution and improvements by his/her team.\n\nParticipate in APU QRQC.\n\nPilot PDCA / FTA 5 WHYs on topics assigned by SC Manager (Safety, Quality, DL efficiency, Maintenance).\n\nPrepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.\n\nParticipate in VPS workshops (flow analysis -
