constraints and performance targets KPI;\n\nWrite the associated technical specification;\n\nPrepare the material needed for the humanoid training center;\n\nIdentify the best design for the gripper based on the existing ones inside VALEO factories.\n\nLead the RO humanoid training center\n\nFine tuning of the VLA until the accuracy KPI is reached;\n\nCheck if the time could be optimized with simulation SIM2REAL (like NVIDIA Isaac Sim or MuJoCo).\n\nTrain the robots on supply chain and dexterity industrial tasks with the materials delivered by the plants (real conditions);\n\nLead trainees and PhD to support this activity;\n\nIdentify and build the needed trainings for engineering and industrial VALEO teams corresponding to the technologies involved and tested;\n\nPrepare the robots to be sent to the VALEO plants.\n\nBased on lessons learned, write recommendations to start designing the future assets compatible with the humanoid constraints, in collaboration with the process engineering network (“Humanoid process design”).\n\nMaintain a technology watch\n\nCompile the state of the Art and integrate the new technologies inside the humanoid training center (like RL + VLA, or new open or weight sources like discrete or video VLA and use of UMI : universal manipulation interface);\n\nParticipate in the main events or exhibition shows organised to touch the technology and build a strong external network.\n\nLead division suppliers and challenge them\n\nRun the robots defined by division inside the RO training center;\n\nParticipate by the division suppliers to all the needed trainings to be at the best level in VLA;\n\nScan permanently the panel of suppliers, involving newcomers;\n\nVisit the supplier’s facilities and invite them in VALEO plants to check their abilities in the workfloor;\n\nAfter check-in, suggest any need to add newcomers inside the division panel.\n\nEvaluate the maturity of the technology\n\nExperiment the technology across POC (proof of concept) workshops in the VALEO plants;\n\nEvaluate the main KPI defined;\n\nUpdate the specifications with the lessons learned.\n\nPrepare a safe use of the humanoid in our factories :\n\nSupport Division to write the safety framework to be applied worldwide;\n\nSupport Division to build the cybersafety framework to be applied worldwide;\n\nEnsure ongoing compliance with evolving industrial regulations and norms\n\nCoordinate the activity :\nat division POWER level : with the Digital Manager of RO Drive and the Digital Manager of RO Thermal;\n\nat Group level : with all the RO plants of
