We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.\nCommunity/segment responsibility:\nWA :Information technology ,WB: Telecom, WD: Intellectual service, WE: Temporary Staff, WI: IT and telecom Capex:\n\nWP - Transport / Warehouse and Logistics, WF - Travel, WH - Communication, WC-Energy , WO-Waste Management,WR Building,WG Rental\n\nWN-Tooling & WK - Investment\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nAchieves QCD’s performances of the segment for Valeo sites in his perimeter for serial and project purchasing.\n\nGSD Regional representative for “Pre and Sourcing Committee” process\n\nChairman of the sourcing committee for Valeo site on his perimeter\n\nEscalate and request arbitration at appropriate level in case of SoCo decision not bought or enforced in by Operations or Projects.\n\nGSD representative for “gate keeper for in / out suppliers and NBOH process” for his perimeter assigned by GSD or SSC Manager.\n\nRegulates load capacity and dependency during business award process\n\nSigns Generic VRF and Logistics Requirements with the suppliers assigned by GSD or SSC Manager.\n\nManages suppliers relationship on behalf of GSD or SSC Manager on his perimeter\n\nFosters improvement of suppliers performance on his perimeter\n\nMonitors supplier performance, Negotiates and Monitors Top Worst suppliers improvement plans of his segment on his perimeter\n\nLeads supplier risk mitigation for the segment on his perimeter\n\nEnsures respect of ethics and applicable laws with suppliers of his segment\n\nMaintains strong relationship with Project Buyers to ensure their buy-in of the segment strategy and ensure region or BG specifics needs are addressed in the strategy of the segment\n\nBuilds mid term visibility on new business awards and force bundling at earliest project stages\n\nPrepares and drives annual purchasing budget process for his segment on his perimeter\n\nDevelops aggressive QCD improvement plan (incl. all levers) and obtains GSD validation\n\nUndertake relevant analysis on key performance indicators and sets up related improvement plans.\n\nMaintains updated data bases of purchasing spent and market evolutions of his segment on his perimeter\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management or related field\n\nRelated certificates will be great advantage. E.g. CPCP or CIPS\n\nAbility to handle category management, Segment Purchasing Index, Segment Sourcing Ration , SoCo Metrics, DPO , WCR and CAP50, Segment Productivity Reservoir, LTA’s and Booked Productivities and Risky suppliers indicator\n\nFamiliar with procurement software.
