We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.\nFor Valeo RAK 2, Radar Technical Product Line, we are looking for Industrial Testing Engineering Lead.\nYOUR CHALLENGES:\nManage the industrial test engineering activities for Radar TPL:\nP1 Projects\nDefines or checks the test strategy and costs during the P1 project RFQ phase\n\nChecks the Functional Testers development (review of technical issues and planning)\n\nDrives some Design Reviews (1) \n\nProduction and customer returns\nMonitors the EOL Functional Testers rejects and performance of the PL APUs and defines corrective actions\n\nSupports the APU test engineers during the production serial life\n\nSupports the SQA engineers for the test engineering activities made by CEM (VALEO suppliers),\n\nChecks the VIM and LLC transmitted by the RAISE PL committee\n\nIndustrial test engineering standards\nChecks the application of the MPE and PG industrial test engineering standards (1)\n\nDrives the improvement of the PG and PL industrial test engineering standards\n\nCommunication with RnD about the test strategy, STI, test coverage\n\nGlobal support for all site\nSupport of all sites producing radars => ( SAN, SHZ, RAKO, RB, DAE)\n\nWillingness for traveling\n\nStandardization of the equipment across the sites producing radars\n\nWorking on the concept for testing to reduce the test time\n\nABOUT YOU..\nUniversity degree in Engineer in electronic product engineering or a related field\n\nProfessional experience in a similar position - Electronic knowledge and testing within the automotive industry (EOL)\n\nKnowledge of automotive communication (CAN/CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet).\n\nProgramming languages C, C++ or Python\n\nExceptional communication and organizational skills for managing cross-departmental projects\n\nA combination of experience in electronic devices and mechanical engineering is an advantage\n\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, or other project planning software\n\nDynamic, proactive personality with strong presentation skills\n\nFluent written and spoken English\n\nWillingness to travel\n\nWE OFFER:\nsemester bonuses depending on your team's and corporate results\n\nvariable managerial bonus\n\ncontribution to pension insurance after the probation period amounting to 5% of your gross salary\n\nmobility support for employees according to the Mobility support package\n\nsubsidized canteen\n\ncontribution to leisure and sports activities -
