This will require abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, working on several projects in parallel, and have a business and customer oriented mindset.\nWith the support of our Engineering teams, Software Developers and Project Managers you will ensure that your solutions deliver the most appropriate answer to the internal client requirements and be in line with your standards and best practices.\nResponsibilities\nIn interaction with the IS Digital Manager as well as other departments, you will :\nIdentify and understand internal customers needs and interpret customer’s requirements to define the most suitable solution for them.\nWork directly with creative and technical team members to evaluate, architect multi-disciplinary solutions for end users\n Conduct high-level solution studies:\nDetermine the systems, subsystems and interfaces (new, existing, impacted) involved to meet functional and non-functional requirements\nIdentify technical solutions for new systems (to be developed or purchased)\nDefine how suggested solutions will be integrated into the information system\nValidate technical assumptions and evaluate alternatives (potentially through POC)\nProvide project and people cost estimates for your solution\nConduct detailed architecture studies:\nDefine and ensure designed solution is aligned with Valeo’s standards rules, cyber security, best practices \nHelp identify the best architecture to implement/integrate/deploythe solution, and the path to reach that target\nProvide the low-level architecture design and NFRs.\nImplement solution and follow up on project completion\nDetermine project’s scope and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders\nIdentify project delivery interdependencies and risks\nManage and drive internal and external parties upon whom successful project delivery is dependent.\nMaintain project documentations and artefacts to track progress.\nReviews, recommends and adjusts schedule changes and identifies the impact on the organisation along with risk evaluation and mitigation plans.\nProvide metrics and regular status updates to project stakeholders and to interested parties.\nComplete and ensure the completion of internal IS processes for projects..\nQualifications - External\nEducation/Training\nBachelor or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical\nProfessional Experience\nThe candidates should have from +5 years of project management experience and 3 years working at solution architect position\nYou are graduated of a higher education in IT development and architecture and have acquired at least 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in an architect role, in a transverse architecture department or in projects, with design and development related to the web, mobile, data, integration between systems;\nExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications\nDemonstrated leadership and project management skills\nYou master architecture modelling languages and techniques (e.g. UML, Archimate, DDD, BPMN, etc.);\nYou master the principles and models of integration design and service-oriented architectures (weak coupling/strong consistency, event-driven architecture, etc.);\nYou have experience in enterprise architecture and IS modernization;\nYou are comfortable with integration technologies (web services/REST API, Batch, ETL, RabbitMQ, Kafka);\nYou are comfortable with AWS technologies (especially ECS, EC2, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, S3, Lambda) and other technologies/languages(e.g. Node, PHP, React & React Native, JavaScript, Docker, etc.) \nKnowledge of modern concepts of software development and architectures (SoC, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, SOA)\nAbility to manage multiple projects and coordinate multiple teams at the same time\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nSense of business with a strong sensibility to time to market\nResult orientation, with desire to improve our customer's experience\nYou will be successful in this role if:\nYou are recognized for your ability to communicate with different stakeholders, with active listening, humility and pedagogy;
