Prepare, maintain, and organize departmental records, reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate selected inbound and outbound international shipment activities with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, and customs brokers. Prepare, review, and follow up on shipment-related documentation, and monitor shipment status until delivery. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding shipment updates, delays, and operational issues. Coordinate workplace ergonomic assessments and follow up on corrective actions, workplace improvement initiatives, and ergonomic equipment requests.
