We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.\nResponsibilities:\nManage people\nEnsure that safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure) are known & applied by its team.\n\nBe responsible for induction of all newcomers in his/her perimeter (temporaries included).\n\nEnsure the organization and scheduling of training actions so that they are aware of all the procedures, tools & standards they have to know & apply in their job.\n\nEnsure that his/her team is trained to Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags use, and that they understand what they have to do and when.\n\nAnalyse flexibility and multi skills needs of his/her team, and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.\n\nMonitor certification process for each team member and update in real time flexibility grid.\n\nManage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators.\n\nEnsure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.\n\nFollow up main objectives in monthly meetings with his/her team.\n\nIs responsible for personnel involvement and ensures a positive social climate.\n\nConduct annual appraisals, as well as salary review.\n\nPromote permanently ERIM & TPM.\n\nMaintain standards\nPerform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards implemented.\n\nEnsure enforcement of health, safety, environmental & site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody entering\n\nHis/her perimeter respects the rules and standards of his/her perimeter.\n\nEnsure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeter.\n\nEnsure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect for the product, OK start\n\nAfter maintenance intervention, including preventive maintenance...) and propose/ implement improvements.\n\nDefine work standards with the help of its team members.\n\nEnsure ERIM standards are properly deployed and used by his/her team: Maintenance Line QRQC root cause\n\nanalysis with production, red tags solving & follow up, Maintenance 5 WHYs or PDCA/FTA on assigned topics,\n\nOJT of production on delegated preventive maintenance.\n\nManage maintenance tasks\nEnsure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeter.\n\nPrepare the scheduled maintenance tasks. Ensure they are done respecting the planned time communicated to\n\nLogistic & Production for tasks needing equipment off.\n\nIn case of reliability issues, implement or ensure implementation of the appropriate Quick Response, in order to minimize the equipment non-availability. It can include to order, repair or get repaired in emergency Spare Parts.\n\nFor corrective actions, ensure appropriate resources are allocated to minimize stoppages.\n\nEnsure actions to avoid recurrence are defined & taken.\n\nReact in case of issue & escalate issues at APU & Maintenance management.\n\nSupport its team on the major technical issues.\n\nManage Continuous Improvement\nLead action plans to improve the Maintenance department performance, maximizing equipment availability for production.\n\nParticipate to equipment performance control & improvement, for instance by participating to cycle time measurements and micro-stoppages observation sessions.\n\nReach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system.\n\nParticipate in safety and environment risks reduction.\n\nLeads Safety QRQC for all accidents & near-misses involving Maintenance people.\n\nContribute to new equipment and processes industrialization and start ups.\n\nParticipate in Maintenance QRQC.\n\nPilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by the Maintenance Manager.\n\nPrepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.\n\nParticipate in maintenance budget preparation & propose potential organization improvements.\n\nPromote the Valeo 5 axes in daily activities, develop improvement plan on VPS, IP,TQ and reach assigned V5000
