Join Valeo and revolutionize the conditions of driving for both drivers and\npassengers!\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Program Manager, you will:\nManage operationally and functionally the assigned Projects\nManage OEM/OES Projects \nResponsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability, Quality, and Production Preparation\nSecure Project resources and control them\nDrive the associated P2 actors in case of P2 not completed in P1\nSolve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation\nCheck and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones\nCould conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders \nDefine and manage budget including the budget of Projects part of designated Project/System\nDefine scope of projects\nPrepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge project team readiness\nPrepare and submit CAA and IAR and challenge the P1 Project Managers or Launch Managers on the Projects part of designated Project/System Project\nManage all project changes and coordinate through the team\nApply Design to Cost methodology\nEscalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets\nLead AAI and development of all PTM’s from the team \nFunctionally responsible for all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal for Project Team Members\nManage communication with Customers on Project development progress\nKeep client(s) updated on Project progress\nPrepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC and PMC and to all governance stages when required\nManage customer relationship and coordinate communication within the team but also with P2/P1 projects associated\nEnsure management of escalation if any\nPromote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards within the System / Project teams and control their application\nRespect Valeo Code of ethics\nRespect health, safety and environment charts and requirements\nEnsure Project (System or not) development in compliance with Valeo standards\nWhat You Should Have\nYou must have Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an Engineering field, but other degree field can be considered\nYou must have 5+ years of product development experience and process knowledge practice for automotive components, preferably lighting or plastic injection molded parts, electronics, or related to optics.\nYou have management experience with functional and/or hierarchical organization experience\nYou have strong communication and interpersonal skills\nYou must be willing to travel\nJoin us!\n Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.
