entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit P2/P3 Process PTM.\nKey Responsibilities as a key player in process development for Hairpin stators :\nProcess Selection: Evaluate new manufacturing technologies, guide \"make or buy\" decisions, and choose the best manufacturing processes for the project.\nProcess Definition: Validate concepts by trials and collaborate with R&D to ensure the product is easy to manufacture (DFA/DFM), participation in product / process design reviews\nProcess Validation: Define equipment specifications, purchase prototype equipment, oversee assembly, and fully validate the process.\nProcess Standardization: Create process standards, prepare production recommendations and ensure its application in prototype and series production.\nGlobal Support: Support industrial sites worldwide in industrialization projects related to the technology, including on-site support and problem-solving.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nFluent in English with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international team.\nPractical knowledge of P-FMEA, Process Flow Charts, and process validation, including participation in product/process design reviews.\nBackground in serial production, specifically with core technologies in Hairpin Stator manufacturing or other stator winding technologies.\nAbility to design production processes that balance feasibility, cost optimization, quality, and work safety.\nSolid understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.\nExperience managing CAPEX for prototype equipment.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a practical, innovative approach to industrial processes and a genuine curiosity for eMobility technologies.\nHighly efficient, organized, and effective in daily tasks.\nOptional but highly valued:\nFamiliarity with design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, etc.).\nExperience AI usage in manufacturing\nPrevious experience managing
