We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.\nMission\nLead and manage several autonomous teams (APT) and all logistics areas including the raw materials, components and finished goods flows, storage locations (inside and outside) and external warehouses.\n\nMake sure that Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement and Safety standards are properly implemented.\n\nIs involved in any action aimed at improving these standards.\n\nResponsabilities\nHighlight the main responsibilities\n\nLead and manage several autonomous teams (APT) and all logistics areas including the raw materials, components and finished goods flows, storage locations (inside and outside) and external warehouses:\nManage all APT in his sector\n\nManage the workload of his area and optimize the allocated resources\n\nImprove continuously the expertise level of its team, and their polyvalence, apply all Valeo management tools: flexibility, multiskills, training schemes, salary review, appraisal review.\n\nMotivate the APT in order to develop initiative and improve performances. Leads PSG and VPS workshops.\n\nMake sure that Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement and Safety standards are properly implemented:\nMake sure daily Quality, Costs and Delivery APT targets are fulfilled. Coordinate corrective actions.\n\nMesure daily QCDM and propose action plans to improve them .\n\nDefine and follow up indicators and targets for the team.\n\nMake sure APT targets are compatible with Department targets.\n\nLead APT monthly meeting.\n\nMotivate teams make suggestions for improvement.
