Engineering Discipline Design Review\n\nManage the link with other Engineering disciplines / calling for hierarchical support if needed\n\nCapitalization of the know-how (Standardization, Specifications, technical reports, processes and guidelines)\n\nSupport Engineering discipline requirement Management\nProvides inputs and requirements to the Engineering discipline for the development\n\nInterface with customer for Engineering discipline architecture content\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunicate detailed status of technical issues with software project management and customers as needed.\nReview new software requirements and change requests and provide a detailed analysis forquality and technical understanding.\nCreate estimates for software change requests and RFQs.\nReview and audit developer code changes.\nReview low level design requirements to ensure adherence to software architectural design.\nReview High level architecture design requirements for quality and understanding.\nContribute to high level architecture design (Static and Dynamic architecture, interfaces, etc) as needed.\nLead any software design change/reviews with the customer and other suppliers.\nParticipate and support in reviews of the software integration test specification and provide guidance to resolve open findings.\nEnsure software quality through following development best practices.\nTravel up to 5% to customer sites to support software troubleshooting as required.\nKey Competencies / Desired Professional Expertise\n- Camera Sensor Bring up\n- Camera Video Pipeline Bring up across Qcom SoC , QNX\n- Serializer-Deserializer expertise\n- Hands on working with OVT , Samsung , ST image sensors expertise preferable\n- Hands on working with TI , Maxim Ser-des expertise prefereable\n- Concepts like Fsync , ISP & latency , glass to glass\n- Strong Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n- Strong experience in Software development using C or C++\n- Experience with Multi-core Software Architecture Design is a plus.\n- Experience with diagnostics and error handling.\n- Experience with functional safety or cyber security is a plus.\n- Experience with Enterprise Architect/Catia is a plus.\n- Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers is a plus.\n-
