implement progress actions in his field (for TRP, breakdown & microstoppages rate progress)\n\nPerform continuous improvement of equipment of his perimeter (reliability, cost, performance)\n\nWork on Cycle time reduction to solve bottlenecks, bring savings and optimize investments, improving the HMACPI of its entity.\n\nWork on the identification and implementation of automation projects\n\nSupport the production & maintenance departments, to improve the MTTR ( analysis, problem solving)\n\nAct for a fast & cost-optimized connection of machines’ PLC to the MES, with error codes management\n\nBe able to transfer knowledge to production and maintenance people for an improved reactivity (1st level)\n\nParticiple to APU QRQC, according to site organization & need\n\nWork on obsolescence plans (identification & solving of issues)\n\nWork on breakdowns risks mitigation plan (identification & implementation)\n\nBe in contact with the suppliers (improvement, support)\n\nPerform benchmarking and market analysis in order to remain aware of last evolutions, trends and integrate them in its mid-term actions\n\nSafety & environment\nEnsure the respect of Safety and Environment directives, including LOTO.\n\nAct permanently to reduce accident risks\n\nAct to improve the 5S (including machines’ documentation) and react to issues.\n\nJob:\nPLC
