As such, she/he ensures the activities necessary to the achievement of the project objectives. When the activities are related to a particular expertise, she/he can rely on specialists or contributors but she/he keeps on being responsible for the results.\nYOUR CHALLENGES:\nSafety\nEnsure within her/his scope the consideration and treatment of risks related to Safety and the Environment by respecting the safety rules and the conditions of use of the equipment\n\nGeneric activities (during the whole project)\nTo participate actively in project team activities: meetings, preparation of the end of phase reviews, QFD, functional analysis, functional and technical specifications, analysis of the value, analysis of the general project risks, Generic FMEA (design, product, process), Standard Control Plan, etc...\n\nTo draw up the detailed planning of the Process Engineering work in collaboration with the PG/PL/Platform Process Engineering manager. Holds a weekly review of the latter, the daily updates and initiates corrective actions.\n\nTo organize and to manage the contributors who are assigned to her/him by the metier managers (Process Engineering, Technical Departments functions, Purchasing...).\n\nTo draw up and to manage the budget of the Process Engineering costs and the Methods and Quality investments specific to the project.\n\nTo have the developments in the project validated regularly by the PG/PL/Platform Process Engineering manager, the experts and the managers of departments at least before each change of phase.\n\nTo apply the New process Brick Development procedur\n\nSpecific Activities for the process selection\nTo support the Process Technology benchmark.\n\nTo support the “make or buy” decisions with the Purchasing member\n\nTo identify the expertise needs\n\nTo build the ICP\n\nTo support the process selection to be developed\n\nSpecific Activities for the process definition\nTo Contribute for the process definition: flow chart, process description, “process Assembly Drawing”\n\nTo challenge R&D on the manufacturability of the product: DFA, DFM, DTF…\n\nTo perform P-FMEA and control plan\n\nTo check IP clearance and to write patent\n\nTo validate the proof of concept\n\nSpecific Activities for the process validation\nTo write the prototype equipment specifications\n\nTo buy the representative equipment\n\nTo follow-up prototypes assembly\n\nTo perform process validation\n\nTo follow-up product validation on process needs\n\nSpecific Activities for the process standardization\nTo write process standards.\n\nTo update all process documentation\n\nTo draw up process recommendations for P1\n\nTo archive all process documentation\n\nLET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:\nSecondary or University education in a technical field\n\nExperience in a similar position min. 5 years\n\nExperience in launching new projects with a high degree of automation.\n\nCommunicative level of English (knowledge of German is an advantage).\n\nResponsible and proactive approach, with strong communication and presentation skills.\n\nAnalytical thinking and the ability to find effective solutions.\n\nKnowledge of quality tools and manufacturing systems (FMEA, PDCA, FTA, VSA, Poka-Yoke).\n\nAbility to navigate technical documentation and work with 3D drawings and viewers.\n\nWillingness to travel to other manufacturing plant in Europe\n\nValid driving license (Category B).\n\nWE OFFER:\nAnnual performance bonus\n\nSemi-annual bonus\n\nCommuting allowance up to
