the standardization program (RAISE), will be a key link in ensuring process and product reliability as well as managing technical risk.\nHV Module RAISE (Robustness, Accountability, Innovation, Standards, Expertise) Leader :\nOptimizing product and process reliability based on OEM technology standards\nStrengthening product and process standardization and supporting efficiency as part of the continuous improvement plan\nManaging and chairing Product & Process Design Review (PPDR) meetings\nCreating and updating project assessment reports based on Product & Process Design Review (PPDR) meetings\nEscalating critical technical issues to the Region/Cluster/Platform\nStandardizing and capturing technological knowledge, as well as supervising de-standardization procedures\nCooperating with project teams, standard owners, and product architects\nSupporting engineering teams in solving complex technical issues\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field)\nProven experience in R&D in positions related to design, validation, or product quality engineering\nStrong knowledge of Design Review processes (PPDR) and technical risk analysis and management tools\nAbility to evaluate 3D documentation, knowledge of mechanics, NVH, and simulation processes\nStrong leadership skills, experience in leading technical
