KOSU) and perform escalation according to standards.\n\nLead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation.\n\nConduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & give feedback.\n\nCommunicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside its APU.\n\nPerform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.\n\nCongratulate and recognize its team for improvements.\n\nEnsure a positive social climate on his/her APU.\n\n Manage standards\nEnsure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules.\n\nEnsure curative & preventive maintenance of equipment & sustainable ERIM deployment.\n\nDefine work standards with the help of support functions.\n\nManage production\n\nBe responsible for customer satisfaction.\n\nBe accountable for SQCDM performance and profitability (gross margin) of his/her APU, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement.\n\nEnsure optimal use of equipment (TRP).\n\nAssign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with APU and Plant support departments.\n\nEscalate at Site level the issues that can’t be solved at APU level.\n\nValidate monthly the demonstrated capacity of his/ her APU and communicate to SC for SIOP / MPS.\n\nWeekly commit on MPS.\n\nRespect daily the MPS contract.\n\nIn case of daily MPS respect deviation, take necessary measures to have respected weekly MPS at end of the week.\n\nManage continuous improvement\nLead daily Production Area QRQC (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance).\n\nLead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination.\n\nLead everyday genba activities with his/her team, as TOP 3 issues countermeasures review as for KOSU.\n\nLead & review action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets).\n\nBe responsible for Customer Line Return analysis and solving for products from his/her Production Area in front of customers.\n\nManage the VPS deployment plan & P-30 of his/her Production Area, ensuring that there are permanently Lean workshops ongoing to improve its Production Area, challenged by him/her.\n\nPromote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities, set and reach 5 axes targets of his/her Production Area.\n\nPropose Production Area lay out evolutions to simplify flows.\n\nPrepare a budget proposal (including training actions, investments).\n\nManage the budget of his/her Production Area and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter.
