From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.\nWe are looking for a Project Buyer to lead drivers purchasing activities.\nProject Purchasing & Sourcing Management\nLeads all purchasing activities from project kickoff to closure (SOP), ensuring compliance with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.\n\nDefines sourcing plans, manages the RFQ process (via PuMa/Auctions), and selects suppliers based on segment strategy and \"bundle\" opportunities.\n\nCoordinates design reviews (S-VRF) to ensure supplier alignment, capture improvements, and secure acceptance of requirements.\n\nRisk & Technical Management\nIdentifies critical parts and assesses supplier risks (capacity, financial, technical) to develop and record contingency plans.\n\nAnticipates and escalates roadblocks to ensure project targets and segment strategies remain on track.\n\nFinancial & Operational Performance\nPilots the project purchasing index and leads action plans (VP/PTBV) to meet CAA targets and ensure a smooth transfer to serial production.\n\nMaintains PuMa and SAP (Early Open Orders) accuracy, ensuring all milestones, contracts, and supplier documentation are properly recorded.\n\nCollaboration & Advanced Purchasing\nCoordinates with Project Managers, Segment Leaders, and Productivity Buyers to align on localization and global platform needs.\n\nInnovation (P3/P2): Manages pre-sourcing for advanced projects while strictly protecting Intellectual Property (IP) through contractual safeguards.\n\nDesired skills and experience:\nIndustrial Degree/Master.\n\n> 3 years experience in purchasing.
