Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members\nCurrently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Project Manager P1\nYour challenges:\nManage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to\nManage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …)\n\nIs responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation\n\nSecure Project resources and control them\n\nDrive the Associated P2 Actors in case of P2 not completed in P1\n\nSolve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation\n\nCheck and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones\n\nCould conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on case by case...)\n\nDefine and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/System\n\nDefine scope of projects\n\nPrepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge his project team readiness\n\nPrepare and submit CAA and IAR (Project/System level) and challenge the P1 Project Managers or Launch Managers of the Projects part of his/her Project/System Project\n\nManage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through his team\n\nIs applying Design to Cost methodology\n\nEscalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets\n\nLead AAI and development of all PTM’s from his team\n\nIs functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members\n\nManage communication with Customers on Project development progress\nKeep client(s) updated on Project progress.\n\nPrepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC and PMC and to all Governance stages when required\n\nManage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within his team but also with P2/P1 projects associated\n\nEnsure management of Escalation if any\n\nPromote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the System/ Project teams and control their application\n Respect Valeo Code of ethics\n\nRespect health, safety and environment charts and requirements\n\nEnsure Project (System or not) development in compliance with Valeo standards\n\nJoin our team if have:\nMaster degree in engineering;\n\nAt least 2 years professional experience in launching new projects, preferably in automotive branch;\n\nExperience in monitoring project financial performance, including variance analysis and cost-control measures.\n\nFluent English;\n\nTeamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.\n\nHighly developed interpersonal and communication
