- Support daily operational activities within the department.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
- Participate in improvement projects and contribute with proposals or solutions.
- Learn and apply company procedures, standards, and tools relevant to the role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the PM to support the team.
