Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing\nCurrently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit R&D Warranty Engineer\nYOUR CHALLENGES:\nDirect Interface between Customer and Valeo\nManagement of customers warranty systems\nScheduling and participating in warranty reviews\nPerform analysis of Warranty return\nProviding analysis results including on-line data entry and provide feedback to internal Warranty organization\nManage and follow problem solving issue related to dedicated Customer\nFollow and validate Customer Warranty cost\nFollow the Customer and Valeo KPI\nJOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:\nMin. 3 years of manufacturing experience\nEngineering degree in technical area (electronics/automatics)\nExperience in quality department will be an advantage\nExperience with customer portals will be an advantage\nTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechatronics, measurement hardware, protocols (CAN/LIN)\nSystems Knowledge: Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN) and proficiency in PC applications used for data analysis\nStrong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills\nTechnical knowledge or ability to learn problem Identification;
