protocol\n\nSelect appropriate equipment and laboratory to perform analysis\n\nAchieve/Manage Sample preparation:\ncutting,\n\nresin,\n\npolishing : down to 3µm diamond, and colloidal silica solution\n\nmetallization, plasma deposition: Gold, Palladium, Carbon….\n\nReveal microstructure: Chemical delineation (Adler attack solution)\n\nPilot macroscopic inspection with the selected laboratory: Binocular analysis, Optical microscopy analysis, Scanning electron microscopy and so on\n\nPilot microscopic analysis with the selected laboratory: Electron Dispersive Spectroscopy elemental chemical analysis.\n\nAnalyse results of macroscopic and microscopic inspection: analyse quality of the images, react with laboratory if parameters are not corrects, to comment images and give orientation\n\nAchieve or Manage Vickers Hardness measurements, according to standard.\n\nIdentify additional analysis necessary for deeper investigation when necessary: surface analysis XPS, AES, 3D XRAY, CSAM, etc…..\n\nProvide metrics about activities\n\nIn future:\ninterpret analysis results: figure out problems, propose failure mechanism schemes, etc….\n\nPropose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce issues\n\nDefine best practices and design rules, coming from analysis in order to improve efficiency and reduce the issues.\n\nGeneral missions\nShould have knowledge on executing tasks in project management mode\n\nDrive and monitor the Material Analysis activities\n\nProvide analysis reports in accordance with existing templates\n\nSupport project teams for all Valeo Business Group team\n\nInvolved in the domain meetings via technical presentations.\n\nInvolved in the technology watch, the research and the deployment of innovative analysis and in order to
