member of the management control team at site level with responsibility for Tangible Investments and Direct labor cost\nContribute to Planning and reporting processes\nContributes to understand and validate the financial performance \nEnsures reliability of financial statements\nManagement control support for the Site for items related to Tangible Investments and Direct labor cost \nParticipate to, understands and challenges monthly closing\nProvides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs Plan, Forecast)\nDevelop or implement standard management control tools \nAchieves specific ad-hoc analysis \nPrepare and pre-validate investments authorization requests\nFollow-up and reporting of on-going investments\nAnalysis of assets under construction\nDrives performance of Direct labor cost\nLET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:\nUniversity degree with a focus on Economics/Finance\nIdeally 3 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company (Automotive background is not mandatory)\nAdvanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)\nExcellent MS Excel skills\nEnglish at a B2 level (knowledge of French is a plus).\nStrong analytical
