hardware teams to elicit, analyze, and document software requirements for power control, diagnostics, and communication features.\n\nBreak down system-level specifications into clear, testable software requirements.\n\nMaintain requirement documents and ensure traceability from requirements to design and testing.\n\nSoftware Integration & Release:\nIntegrate software components, drivers, and application code from various teams into a cohesive and functional software build.\n\nDevelop and maintain the software build environment, including build automation scripts (CMake, Python) and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).\n\nManage source code repositories (Git), including branching, merging, and release tagging strategies.\n\nFlash integrated software onto target hardware (OBC, DCDC, etc.), perform initial hardware bring-up, and conduct smoke tests to verify core functionality.\n\nArchitecture & Design Support:\nAssist in the creation and documentation of software architecture and detailed design artifacts.\n\nParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure requirements are met and architectural principles are followed.\n\nSupport the link between high-level requirements and low-level implementation, ensuring a clear and logical flow.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nAct as a key technical bridge between systems engineering, hardware design, software development, and validation teams.\n\nInvestigate, analyze, and resolve complex software integration issues, build failures, and on-target problems.\n\nContribute to process improvements across the software development lifecycle, championing best practices in line with standards like A-SPICE.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n1+ years of experience in an embedded software development, integration, or systems engineering role.\n\nSolid programming skills in C.\n\nStrong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (e.g., V-Model, Agile/Scrum).\n\nExperience with version control systems, particularly Git.\n\nProficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).\n\nHands-on experience with build systems (e.g., Make/CMake) and compilers/linkers for embedded systems.\n\nExperience with software architecture and design modeling.\n\nKnowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, including experience with RTE (Runtime Environment) configuration.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the automotive industry, especially with power electronics like On-Board Chargers (OBC), DC-DC converters, or Inverters.\n\nExperience with requirements management tools (e.g.,Polarion)\n\nHands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) framework and tools (e.g., Jenkins).\n\nKnowledge of software diagnostics(e.g., UDS, DTCs) and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).\n\nFamiliarity with automotive software standards like AUTOSARand functional safety (ISO 26262).\n\nFamiliarity with process models like Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE).\n\nExperience with embedded microcontrollers (e.g., Infineon Aurix) and hardware debuggers
