We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.\nYour Mission\nAs a System & SW Quality Engineer, you will be a key partner for our System and Software engineering teams, helping to ensure the quality and robustness of automotive radar products from development through release.\nYou will combine your System/SW engineering understanding with Quality expertise to identify risks early, challenge technical decisions, support problem solving and ensure that quality is built into the product hand by hand with RnD Team - not just checked at the end.\nYOUR CHALLENGES:\nDrive System & SW Quality throughout the project, from development to release.\n\nDefine and monitor quality targets, KPIs, risks and improvement actions together with System & SW PTMs and the Project Quality Lead.\n\nWork closely with engineers and actively contribute to Design Reviews, Technical Reviews and Release Readiness.\n\nAssess System & SW development processes and deliverables against ASPICE, customer requirements (CSR) and internal processes such as CB/ticket management.\n\nIdentify quality risks and deviations early, drive them to resolution and escalate critical roadblocks when needed.\n\nPerform System & SW quality assessments, audits and milestone checkpoints.\n\nSupport engineering teams with structured problem solving, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.\n\nDrive quality topics with suppliers, including requirements, assessments, audits and delivery acceptance.\n\nMonitor and report System & SW Quality status, KPIs and project risks.\n\nApply QRQC, PDCA, FTA and Lessons Learned to solve problems and prevent their recurrence.\n\nCoach and challenge the development teams, acting as a quality partner rather than a quality gatekeeper.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nYou will have a direct impact on the quality of next-generation automotive radar systems and software. Your work will connect engineering, project quality, suppliers and customers - giving you a broad view of both the technical product and the development process.\nLET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:\nExperience in automotive System or Software Engineering(e.g. System or SW Quality Engineer, System Engineer, Test Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager).\n\nGood understanding of System Engineering / Software Development processesand the product development lifecycle.\n\nExperience with ASPICE(ideally certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor) and understanding of automotive Quality processes and standards.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, understand root causes and drive issues to resolution.\n\nAbility to challenge constructively, communicate effectively and work closely with System, SW, Project, Quality teams and other stakeholders.\n\nProactive and independent approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive topics to closure.\n\nGood command of Englishand confidence working in an international environment.\n\nTechnical university degree or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nWE OFFER\nWork in a stable international company in a multinational team\n\nWork with cutting-edge technologies in Automotive\n\nPossibility to see the whole development process in one place -
