Job Responsibilities:** * Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of supervisory duties, company policies, and operational procedures. * Shadow experienced supervisors to observe and learn best practices in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution. * Assist in coordinating daily team activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. * Learn to identify and address operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed. * Develop an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
