This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a foundational understanding of our operations, contributing to various projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.\nJob Responsibilities**\n* Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, presentations, and other documentation.\n* Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.\n* Collaborate with team members on various tasks, providing administrative and operational support.\n* Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.\n* Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.\n* Support senior staff in project coordination and execution.\n* Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.\n* Support the Quality and Methods department in ongoing engineering changes by collecting and generating sufficient, accurate data to document PPAs, FDPRs, and applicable standards.\nJob Qualifications**\n* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.\n* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n* Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.\n* Requirements: Internship duration of 6
