Manage applicable sections of Safety, Quality & Environment site’s Policy.\n\nEnsure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes.\n\nFill QRAP board on safety issues and alert leader or supervisor.\n\nLead safety conformity actions on production equipment.\n\nLead procedures respect from any workshop operator (especially on safety and quality rules).\n\nSAFETY / ENVIRONNEMENT :\nEnsure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume\n\nEnsure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards 1st, immediately followed by the productivity.\n\nEnsure Ok Start for production lines and open QRAP when needed\n\nWhen needed, replace resources and operators\n\nPrepare & participate to Changeovers in order to reduce changeover time.\n\nAct to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions.\n\nQUALITY :\nEnsure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity\n\nFill QRAP board with quality or process concerns and follow scrap evolution (5 hours).
