We are looking for a VIE Business Management Controller for 24 months within the team.\nYour challenges?\nYou will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the project team as a full team member, ensuring the reliability of the project’s economics from the RFQ / P1 phase until series production.\nYou will build and maintain the project’s provisional P&L, investment plan, and cash flow projections.\nYou will ensure the consistency of the industrial and economic scenario, including volumes, inflation balance, investments, and R&D costs.\nYou will provide the Project Manager with a comprehensive understanding of production costs, including standard times, hourly rates, and fixed cost allocations.\nYou will prepare clear syntheses and presentations for upper management, transparently explaining whether and under which conditions a business is profitable.\nYou will follow up on project costs (R&D, investments, prices) and key KPIs throughout the complete development phase.\nYou will track and manage customer contributions, subsidies, and tooling sales across cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet perspectives.\nLet’s talk about you…\nYou hold a Master’s degree in
