What you’ll be doing
As a Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring machine performance and product quality
- Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
- Recording production data accurately
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid
What are we looking for?

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important, and food production experience would be a real advantage. You’ll also need:
- An eye for detail - to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our high standards
- Practical skills - to operate and adjust machinery safely and effectively
- Reliability - we work as a team and depend on each other to keep production running smoothly
- Adaptability - things can change quickly on a production line, so being able to stay calm, think on your feet and solve problems is important
