To learn more about Valeris, please visit www.valeris.com.\nThe Program Supervisor RN is responsible for clinical administrative supervisory work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance and personnel services within the department. Work involves the identification and implementation of program policies and procedures as directed by standard operating and program specific procedures. Work is performed with latitude for independent judgment, and action is reviewed by the Program Manager and Program Director through conferences, reports, and observation of results obtained.\nRESPONSIBILITIES: \nResponsible for performance management and leadership, including but not limited to, coaching, mentoring clinical subordinates (in-person and virtually), employee counseling, employee performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and schedule adherence \nLiaison between Program Manager and Team; keeping team abreast on all aspects concerning the Program(s) \nPlans daily schedule, assigns tasks and ensures daily goals are met \nSubmit daily and weekly reports to Program Manager(s) regarding productivity data of team and individual level \nProvide organization and direction for daily clinical support according to scope of services provided in the statement of work \nEvaluate and monitor Program(s) needs, identify unmet needs and provides recommendations for internal process improvement and workflow efficiency \nFollow program guidelines and assists with the implementation of process improvements \nProblem solves issues with autonomy and serves as first line of escalation to clinical staff regarding complex clinical situations to communicate to patient and health care providers \nAssist with preparation of and participation in client audits \nCommunicates and coordinates with inter-departmental stakeholders to resolve program specific escalations, conflicts and/or questions \nRoutinely conducts quality assurance activities through reviews, meetings, reports, observation of results, according to standard operating procedures, program specific procedures, and regulatory compliance \nEvaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical services and to identify areas of opportunity for improvement \nOversee required training, licensure, and competencies of clinical staff \nIdentify and report pharmacovigilance information as required by client(s) (i.e., Adverse Events) \nParticipate in and conduct team meetings \nAssists in hiring clinical staff \nOn time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential data \nEnsure all SOPs are followed with consistency \nOther responsibilities, as assigned \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nRegistered nurse and 4 years minimum of clinical experience; 3-5 years leadership experience \nExtensive knowledge of various clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes \nBroad knowledge of clinical licensure rules, regulations, and compliance considerations \nImpeccable communication skills \nInitiative and strong work ethic critical \nConfident in supervising a team professionally, consistently, and fairly \nAble to lead within a fluid and dynamic environment \nSkilled to change tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment consistently and constantly \nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills required \nAttention to detail \nStrong organizational skills \nActive RN license in your residence state\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.\n\nAlthough very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.\n\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
