To learn more about Valeris, please visit www.valeris.com.\nAs a Program Manager on the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team, you will be the primary liaison between sponsors/clients and external vendors. You will oversee budget management and program performance to ensure optimal outcomes. Your role involves removing obstacles to facilitate the timely delivery of medications to patients. You will conduct and lead regular calls with both clients and vendors, handle all contract and business rule modifications, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.\nThe position requires a self-motivated and highly organized individual who excels in managing multiple aspects of client and vendor relations. The CTS team is a close-knit, collaborative, and highly supportive group. We work effectively together and are seeking an individual who excels in such an environment.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManage client contracts/statements of work and execute accordingly.\nHost and facilitate internal and client kick-off calls.\nGather and document business requirements and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or in writing - to clients, internal functional areas, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that business requirements and solutions are understood.\nOversee and maintain the client's program budget using advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ensuring accurate tracking through formulas and analyzing prefund accounts and invoices.\nNotify stakeholders promptly of any price changes and create and execute change orders to meet program requirements efficiently.\nInterface with clients, vendors, and pharmacies to maintain business-essential relationships on a day-to-day basis as the primary business relationship manager.\nConduct regular meetings (phone, Webex, Teams) to update the client on program status, discuss and troubleshoot ongoing issues, and provide solutions and support.\nMeasure and monitor program key performance indicators to ensure maintenance of program business rules.\nLearn and assist the client in navigating client-internal requirements and processes specific to their organization.\nBe well-versed in the third-party service vendor landscape in order to manage and coordinate client vendor relationships (agencies, SPPs, HUBs, service providers, data/analytics teams).\nBuild and maintain relationships with all internal functional areas and take a leadership role with all internal project stakeholders.\nOversee the implementation of programs by following a detailed checklist to ensure comprehensive setup and successful execution.\nBe a sought-out resource within Valeris as both an internal and external subject matter expert.\nUtilize Valeris' leadership competencies as the driving force behind the team's success.\nMaintain on-time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential data.\nEnsure all SOPs are followed with consistency.\nConduct miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Marketing, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or additional certifications, including PMP, pre•ferred.\nThree to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.\nBudget management and/or financial accounting skills.\nExperience in the clinical trials industry preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in formulas, functions, and budgeting analysis.\nHighly proficient in other Microsoft Office programs (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).\nSome experience with legal contracting preferred.\nAbility to travel both locally and out of town, with an expectation of up to 10% travel.\nExtensive experience with Valeris systems and services preferred.\nInternal applicants with experience in MicroStrategy, client interactions, Conga, Salesforce, and Sherlock are encouraged to apply.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.\n\nAlthough very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.\n\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
