This includes managing the day-to-day activity of the program and supervising the assigned program staff. To succeed, this person maintains extensive interaction with internal and external customers, helps define and execute the work plan for program staff, has significant participation in program strategic planning, and is accountable for the proper execution of contract terms for assigned program(s). The Market Access Program Manager reports to the Market Access Program Director within Valeris' HUB Services organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMobilize internal and external stakeholders with respect to program design, program improvements, and/or changes.\nManage program(s) per the scope of work, program and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget.\nManage the client relationship, gaining trust and building rapport.\nManage day-to-day activity of program operations, including supervision of staff.\nPrioritize and manage personal schedule as well as the schedules of others.\nWork cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for program operational responsibilities.\nDirectly or through supervisors, drive assigned performance responsibilities of team and team members.\nContribute to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables.\nMonitor and report on program statistics and metrics used to measure the performance of team members, teams, and the overall program.\nPresent program data, information, and insight to internal and external customers on a regular basis.\nEscalate issues that put the program's course in jeopardy of not delivering to contracted standards.\nParticipate with Hub Services leadership and client team on initiatives to improve process and performance.\nTravel on a limited basis to and attend related meetings/conferences as required.\nParticipate in interviewing prospective employees, evaluating current employees, and training employees.\nProvide verbal and written feedback to team members based on performance reviews, statistics, QA results, and observed behaviors.\nMay assist with requirements identification, specifications development, and User Acceptance Testing to support program and other responsibilities as needed.\nUtilize Valeris’ values as the driving force behind the team’s success\nOn time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures\nEnsure all SOPs are followed with consistency\nPerform additional tasks or projects as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.\n4-6 years of experience working in reimbursement, pharmaceutical marketing, or patient services.\nExperience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar roles.\nExperience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.\nDemonstrated successful leadership experience.\nExcellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong technical aptitude and experience working in various CRM software platforms.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.\nAlthough very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
