To learn more about Valeris, please visit www.valeris.com.\nThe Operations Project Manager within the Transformation Office is responsible for supporting Valeris’ enterprise-wide modernization efforts, including owning the Operations workplan to migrate Hub Clients from legacy platforms to the new CRM. This role manages cross-functional coordination, drives execution across discovery, design, and build phases, ensures operational and client readiness, and supports governance processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. The Operations Project Manager will work closely with Operations, IT/Tech, Product, GTM-Commercial, and Vendor partners to ensure effective planning, communication, and delivery of key program milestones.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram & Project Delivery\nPrepare materials for weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional updates, and Steering Committee meetings\nEnsure deliverables align with the scope, timelines, and quality expectations Support the planning and execution of major technology transformation initiatives, beginning with the migration of Hub Clients from legacy platforms to the Next Gen Platform\nParticipate in and coordinate discovery, design, and build workshops; document decisions, track actions, and maintain project artifacts\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate activities across Operations, IT, Product, Commercial, Finance, and vendor teams\nTrack operational and technical tasks to ensure accountability and timely execution\nPartner with Operations to support go-live readiness, change management activities, and client communication workflows\nHelp facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to maintain program momentum\nUtilize Valeris’ values as the driving force behind the team’s success\nPerform additional tasks or projects as assigned\nClient Migration & Readiness\nManage the planning and execution of client migrations across legacy platforms (e.g., Lynk, CLS, QuickPath) to the Next Gen platform\nAssist in identifying client-specific dependencies, readiness activities, and cutover tasks\nWork with Operations and client-facing teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption\nGovernance & Vendor Management\nSupport program governance processes, including scope management, decision tracking, and progress reporting\nWork directly with vendor project managers to align deliverables, timelines, scope, risks, and assumptions\nEnsure documentation and reporting meet program management standards and leadership expectations\nOn time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures\nEnsure all SOPs are followed with consistency\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience\n5+ years of project management experience in technology, operations, or transformation programs\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present to executives and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups\nDemonstrated ability to manage vendors, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional activities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify risks or gaps\nExperience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence)\nInternal candidates with these qualifications are encouraged to apply \nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
