general ledger activities.\n\nMonitor project profitability, cost control, and budget variances.\n\nCoordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.\n\nEstablish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.\n\nProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.\n\nLead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.\n\nRequirements\n\nJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.\n\nMandatory experience in the Real Estate Development sector.\n\nStrong knowledge of real estate project accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.\n\nSolid understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and applicable accounting standards.\n\nExperience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\n\nStrong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nVery good command of English.\n\nProfessional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or
