updated inventory of IT assets and software licenses.\n\nDocument technical issues, solutions, and support requests.\n\nEscalate complex technical issues to the IT team or external service providers when necessary.\n\nEnsure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with company IT policies.\n\nRequirements\nJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n2–5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or a similar role.\n\nGood knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).\n\nExperience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\n\nFamiliarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is
