Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for service will be key to supporting our fast-growing organization.\nCompensation & Work Environment Details:\nPay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour\nSchedule: Sunday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM\nWork Environment: 100% Remote with preference for CST or EST time zones\nWhat You’ll Do:\nNew Hire Experience:\nFacilitate a welcoming and efficient onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume environment.\nGuide new hires through every onboarding step, ensuring tasks are completed and questions are answered.\nProvide personalized support to help new hires navigate systems and understand their next steps.\nAssociate Support:\nAct as a primary resource for associates needing assistance with company policies, procedures, and systems.\nManage inquiries through the company’s case management system, delivering timely and accurate responses.\nAnswer incoming associate calls and voicemails with professionalism and empathy.\nDocumentation & Compliance:\nComplete I-9 verification and review background checks per company guidelines.\nMaintain up-to-date associate information and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.\nAdministrative Support:\nHandle employment verifications, wage audits, and personnel file management.\nInput data into Workday and assist with report generation and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.\nMaintain confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive associate information.\nContinuous Improvement:\nDocument and maintain process procedures, creating self-service resources for associates.\nRecommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the associate experience.\nParticipate in Workday testing, system updates, and ongoing training.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).\nEducation: High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.\nExperience: 0-2 years of related HR or People Operations experience.\nTech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday experience preferred.\nOrganized & Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.\nProblem-Solver: Takes ownership, uses critical thinking, and seeks solutions that support a positive associate experience.\nDiscretion: Comfortable handling sensitive information with compassion and integrity.\nWhy You’ll Love Working with Us:\nAt Valet Living, we don’t just provide essential services-we build careers, create opportunities, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
