Client Engagement & Technical Delivery\nSupport and lead technical delivery for small to mid-sized engagements\n\nCollaborate with clients to understand system configurations, workflows, and technical challenges\n\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions\n\nServe as a key contributor in solution design and implementation, acting as a secondary technical lead when appropriate\n\n2. Solution Design & Implementation\nDesign, configure, and implement Atlassian-based solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc.)\n\nContribute to defining technical architecture, approaches, and documentation\n\nBuild and customize workflows ranging from basic to complex\n\nDevelop integrations and extensions based on client requirements and technical specifications\n\nEnsure system performance, scalability, and feasibility within defined architectures\n\n3. AI & Intelligent Automation Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to enhance client systems using AI and automation capabilities\n\nImplement AI-assisted use cases such as:\nTicket summarization and knowledge generation\n\nWorkflow automation and intelligent routing\n\nAI-assisted content creation and documentation\n\nApply best practices for:\nPrompt design and effective AI tool usage\n\nValidation of AI-generated outputs (accuracy, consistency)\n\nCollaborate with senior team members to integrate AI into broader solution architectures\n\n4. Delivery Execution & Technical Problem Solving\nBreak down technical solutions into tasks and support execution across delivery teams\n\nAnalyze and resolve technical issues during implementation\n\nDeploy, configure, and integrate applications based on client requirements\n\nSupport cloud environment setup and configuration\n\nExecute and support Server/Data Center to Cloud migrations for small to mid-sized engagements\n\n5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with Solution Consultants and senior technical leaders to align delivery with client strategy\n\nShare knowledge and support junior consultants when needed\n\nContribute to documentation, reusable assets, and best practices\n\nStay current with Atlassian ecosystem updates and emerging technologies, including AI tools\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n2-5+ years of experience in technical consulting, system implementation, or digital transformation\n\nStrong working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket)\n\nExperience configuring workflows, integrations, and automation within Atlassian environments\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical implementations\n\nStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience producing technical documentation, diagrams, and delivery artifacts\n\nAI-Focused Requirements\nPractical experience using AI tools to enhance workflows or delivery (e.g., copilots, automation tools)\n\nUnderstanding of common AI use cases in enterprise environments (e.g., service management, knowledge systems)\n\nAbility to assess and validate AI-generated outputs for quality and reliability\n\nFamiliarity with:\nGenerative AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants)\n\nPrompting techniques and structured usage patterns\n\nAI-assisted automation concepts\n\nPreferred\nExperience integrating Atlassian tools with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise systems\n\nExperience supporting pre-sales or solution design activities\n\nKnowledge of Agile, ITIL, SAFe, or similar frameworks\n\nExperience with cloud migrations and system
