The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and eager to learn. Working closely with senior team members, they will help keep day-to-day transactions running smoothly across all departments in NetSuite ERP, HubSpot CRM, and any other additional business systems.\nThis person will be a key point of contact for user support and onboarding, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping new users get comfortable with both systems. Over time, they will build working knowledge of financial operations and manufacturing across multiple legal entities, and learn to assess requests and recommend solutions that follow best practices. Other responsibilities include helping to test and roll out system upgrades, and writing and maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
