That’s where you come in.\nYour mission: build an AI-native UGC solution from the ground up - recruiting creators, engineering how they submit content in formats that AI can enhance, and using performance data to craft thumb-stopping creative strategies that drive results.\nOur goal: pioneer the future of AI-powered UGC advertising, starting with you.\nAbout Valid\nFounded in July 2023, Valid is a seed-stage company operating at Series A scale, headquartered in San Francisco.\nIn under two years, we’ve grown from 5 people to 40+, deployed over $1B in ad spend, and built a full-stack, tech-enabled advertising company serving enterprise consumer customers.\nWe’re well-capitalized and backed by top Silicon Valley investors including Canaan, Neo, and others.\nThis Role is for you if you are:\nSkilled at crafting high-performing short-form UGC content (hooks, testimonials, demos, story-driven ads)\n\nReady to recruit and manage creators on platforms like Instagram and TikTok\n\nFamiliar with growing audiences, making compelling short-form videos, and scaling accounts\n\nFluent in-or eager to master-AI tools like Veo 3, Runway, Pika\n\nData-driven and comfortable in ad accounts, able to analyze why a creative works (or doesn’t)\n\nStrong at storytelling, with an instinct for what feels authentic and engaging\n\nWe believe creativity is amplified by AI, streamlined by data, and perfected by human intuition. This role is the bridge between human storytelling and AI’s scale.\nThe Role\nCreative Strategy & Production- 75%\nOwn the UGC creative vision across clients and campaigns\n\nDevelop content briefs, scripts, and hook variations tailored to platform trends\n\nPartner with media buyers to design UGC concepts grounded in performance data\n\nWork with creators to produce relatable, authentic content at scale\n\nBuild a library of reusable UGC templates and assets\n\nCreative Systems & Testing -
