This role is for an account manager who can help set strategy based on a clients needs and business objectives.\nRole & Responsibilities\nDigital Strategy (30% of your time)\nUnderstand a client’s business objectives and KPIs\n\nDefine strategy for the account based on budget and objectives\n\nAnalyze results and in market trends to devise the best path forward\n\nManage a team of marketers to use tooling you to deliver a best-in-class ads experience\n\nAccount Management (60% of your time)\nInterface directly with clients on a weekly basis\n\nPresent reports, give update on campaigns, give guidance on using Valid tools and assistance on media related queries\n\nBe the clients first and primary point of contact at Valid\n\nProduct (10% of your time)\nInterface directly with engineering & PMs to translate marketing processes into real products\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong english and client-facing communication skills\n\n5+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 2+ years of full-funnel performance marketing experience within an agency\n\nManage +$150,000/month of ad spend across the following platforms:\n\nMeta\n\nTikTok\n\nGoogle\n\nOther advertising channels\n\nComfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to “read the tea leaves” of an ad account.\n\nServed in client facing roles as senior POC\n\nNice to Have\nManaged and hired a team of marketers\n\nAdvertising for mobile apps:\n\nExperience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular, etc.)\n\nAppleSearchAds\n\nUnderstand SKAN and iOS attribution\n\nExperience with in-app growth analytics (tools like RevenueCat, Adapty, Mixpanel/Amplitude)\n\nYou’re Probably a Good Fit If:\nApplying the latest tech in novel ways to delight customers excites you\n\nYour goal is to maximize ownership\n\nYou want to join something early stage\n\nThe idea of organized chaos is what you want\n\nOrganized: Build with purpose, work efficiently, communicate clearly, especially in writing.\n\nChaos: We think the best place to learn is in market and will do what it takes to ship as quickly as possible.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Getting\nWork on a global team with flexibility and a collaborative startup culture\n\nAnnual company offsite -
