As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling our partner ecosystem at a pivotal point in our journey. This role will serve as the lead for cultivating strategic relationships with new and existing technology partners, system integrators and consulting firms.\nThis is a highly strategic, outward-facing role where you’ll act as the glue between Validio’s go-to-market teams and our broader ecosystem. You’ll establish our better-together-stories, drive partner-sourced pipeline, drive co-sell motions, and strengthen our presence in key enterprise verticals.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn strategic partner relationships (systems integrators, consulting firms, and ISVs) as primary point of contact, from agreement negotiation (OEM, reseller, technical integration, with Product/Engineering) through day-to-day coordination\n\nDrive partner GTM and enablement: joint campaigns, co-branded content, and events with marketing, backed by training, certification, and playbooks that make partners effective sellers\n\nManage Validio's presence on cloud marketplaces, from listing and positioning through co-sell programs\n\nTrack partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and report on partnership performance to leadership\n\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel management, ideally in B2B enterprise software or data/infrastructure software\n\nStrong track record managing relationships with consulting firms (Big 4 or similar) and/or technology partners\n\nComfortable navigating commercial negotiations and partnership agreements\n\nStrong technical fluency; comfortable learning Validio's product and integrations well enough to scope technical partnerships independently, and to know when something genuinely needs Product vs. when it doesn't\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills; able to align internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) and external partner teams\n\nSelf-starter who can manage multiple partner threads simultaneously without heavy oversight\n\nNice to have\nExperience from fast-growing startups, where you wore several hats and liked it\n\nExisting relationships within the Nordic financial services or enterprise consulting ecosystem\n\nFamiliarity with data teams, data infrastructure, or the data quality space\n\nWhy Validio\nFounded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, and Truecaller.
