You’ll work closely with vendors, 3PLs and internal teams to solve issues, support new requirements and turn data into meaningful insights.

IT Executive - E-Commerce → Senior Executive → Assistant Manager → And beyond!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system integrations and data transfers.
• Maintain stock, product and sales synchronisation.
• Support e-commerce and API integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and 3PLs on system issues and requests.
• Support testing and deployment of applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and insights.
• Document technical solutions, processes and system flows.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, e-commerce or a related field.
• Good understanding of system integrations and related solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working with e-commerce and technical teams.
