You’ll work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen store performance, safeguard assets and drive operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent retail operations and SOP compliance across assigned boutiques.
- Oversee inventory, stock movements and asset control to maintain accuracy and minimise losses.
- Maintain strong security, safety, audit and risk control standards.
- Coordinate store maintenance, facilities, logistics and operational support.
- Monitor workforce planning, store coverage and operational readiness.
- Support store projects, activations, renovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive timely follow-through.
- Provide regular operational reporting, identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related retail experience, including at least 3 years in retail operations, store management or multi-store support.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Luxury watches, jewellery or premium retail experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, stock movements and audit processes.
- High integrity, strong judgement and excellent attention to detail.
- Assertive and hands-on with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel across boutiques, including outstation travel, weekends and urgent operational requirements.
