• Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales initiatives and action plans.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and service standards.
• Maintain strong retail standards, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimise stock losses.
• Recruit, coach and develop the team to achieve store performance targets.
• Foster a positive, engaging and high-performing store environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to identify trends and act quickly.
