Key Responsibilities

• Execute floorset activities, window installations and interior displays.
• Implement merchandising and sell-down strategies to drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Optimise and maintain visual assets, fixtures, props and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular sales floor reviews and maintain store presentation standards.
• Support and mentor sales associates on visual merchandising practices.
• Maintain backroom standards and ensure merchandise is replenished and ready for sale.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to execute brand direction and follow through on projects efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including lifting and working on ladders.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
