The role suits people who have run transformation programs, are comfortable with technology and want to work at startup speed.\nWhat you'll do\n- Lead discovery and map how the client company works: structure, processes, decisions, data\n- Scope deployments, success metrics and timelines with the executive sponsor\n- Run delivery with a forward-deployed engineer and get the client live fast\n- Drive adoption across leadership, employees and core processes\n- Help the CEO with AI transformation: what to automate, what to redesign, how the operating model changes, how to overcome resistance and friction and implement real change\n- Identify new use cases that expand adoption and value\n- Turn what works into playbooks that make each deployment faster than the last\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 7-10 years of experience, including transformation or implementation programs you ran end to end\n- Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and get things done in complex projects\n- Strong organization, project and change management skills\n- Experience working with C-level stakeholders or founders\n- Comfort with technical concepts: data models, APIs, integrations, LLM tools and agents\n- High agency, strong bias for action and interest in AI products\n- STEM degree or relevant technical experience\n- Readiness to start soon\nNice to have\n-
